The plugin make possible for us to insert the Google Analytics Tracking Code dynamically inside multi blog WordPress enabled site (WPMU). Each subdomain data (blog) can be viewed under different website profile in GA with different tracking code.

I haven’t tried them yet, just inserting new code and make it compatible with Google Analytics Tracking Code Migration Guide. Use it at your own risk, and please do advise or revise it directly.
